TfXExt32.dll error even after Dell/Yamaha/Antiviirus removal

Perhaps it's gauche to cross-reference a post in the IP Telephony forum


...But It really seems to belong here instead of there. Anyway - a user over there was posting about VIewmail installation difficulties and came across the standard Dell/Remove Yamaha fix and Virus Scanner disablement which has solved 98% of our problems as well.

However even after deletion of Yamaha and disablement of virusscanners - we still have 2% of our clients with TfXExt32.dll errors on Outlook which prevent Viewmail from working at all (some with those errors can be ignored and they just don't get ViewMail menu options but they have the form - a small number don't work at all.

Anyone else run into a fix for the TfXExt32.dll issue?

We're on Unity 3.1(5) and Viewmail 3.1(5.0)
