THE MISSED CALLS LIST DOESN'T SHOW THE WHOLE DIGITS ON IP PHONE

I have 3.0(5a). For External calls I have voice gateway 3660 with NM-HDV with VWIC E1 interface port connected to ISDN. We have caller ID so that any incoming calls will be shown in the IP phone. The numbering plan for our country is 7 digits. The problem is that for incoming calls from outside(international) & in the case that The calling country has also caller ID:

- If the user answers the call, then by pressing the directories button on IP phone & select recieved calls, he will see the whole digits from the calling party. BUT,

- If the user is not available, then by select the missed calls, he will see only 7 digits from the calling party & the remaining digits will be lost so that he will not be able to call that number.

Thanks

Use the translation rule command.

These features are in 12.1(1)T 12.1.(2)T or 12.0(7)XK

translation-rule 1

rule 0 0.% 900

rule 1 1.% 901

rule 2 2.% 902

rule 3 3.% 903

rule 4 4.% 904

rule 5 5.% 905

rule 6 6.% 906

rule 7 7.% 907

rule 8 8.% 908

rule 9 9.% 909

Either of the following statements can be used

voice -port 0:15

translate calling-number 1

Dial-peer voice XXX voip

translate-outgoing calling-number 1

This will add a 90 to any incomimg number. The 9 is the PSTN access code.

This will allow for the redail facility to be used from th IP phone for missed calls etc.
