The Red Led on the IP Phone's

Does anyone know why the led does not go red on the phone when a new message is arrived.

You have a loaded question here, my friend. You will need to give a little more information if you would like assistance. What VM platform are you using? What is your pilot number used? Are your CM service parameters configured properly? etc.... This may be a bit more envolved for a forum discussion. You may find a quicker resolution by calling in a TAC case...but post more info if you need help!
