Hi,
I have two call manager set as a cluster. In the Unity server (version:2.4.6.135) I set up the Av-Cisco with the appropriate information. Primary call manager address and the secondary address to be use in case of failure. When the primary call manager is up and running the unity (when restarted becomes opperationnal ) If we disconnect the network from the primary call manager the voice mail continues to be accessible . But if we shut down and restart Unity it is unable to locate the secondary call manager. Its seems to want to look for the primary call manager. Do somebody have a answer for me .

On the Unity server AV-Cisco 1.0.0.36. On the two call manager we run software 3.0.11 .
