There is no menu item in CDR analysing and reporting! :(

hi:

i have installed cdr from cisco call manager 3.2(2a).

i can login by username and password "admin,admin".

i go to cdr admin page with 3 item in menues.

1-adminrights

2-help

3- log out

in adminrights i can add new users with admin rights but all the time it says error that ur user is not valid

anyway there is no other menu like system,.... as in art documents

i have enabled cdr reporting in ccm

one more thing: when i go to ccm->service->service parameters->server ->service"cisco cdr insert there is no cdr in page .and there is no key to add!

is it cas of i have installed cdr and ccm in a same maschine?

Are you trying to add a new user? You have to pick up an existing one, you have a search option in there to look for all the existing users in the directory.

regarding your second question, CDR analysis and reporting must be installed on the publisher, so its just fine

this is what what i found in C:\CiscoWebs\art\errorlog.txt

i can c databse cdr in sql but i don't know how cani add sql server as the error specifies!

Are you trying to add a new user? You have to pick up an existing one, you have a search option in there to look for all the existing users in the directory.
