We are trying to integrate third party IVR with ICM and call manager. Our call is not routing back to the call mangaer after completing from the IVR. Does anyone has the solution. Call manager 3.3 and ICM 5.0.

Can you please elaborate on your call flow and are you talking about transfer of the call to Call Manager after the agent selection in ICM or is it a direct transfer from IVR to CCM ?
