When I try to forward a message from one subscriber to another subscriber, Unity plays the message that the recipients email address does not exist. I am able to leave and retrieve voice messages if I call the extension directly. Any ideas? Exchange?

Doing a quick search, there is no prompt that says anything about a user's email address not existing... can you get the exact wording of the prompt that you're hearing? This will help me figure out what's going on.

It looks like it was smtp issue. The exchange admin removed all of the smtp addresses for the vm only users. That is why we were unable to send to certain subscribers. Does this sound correct?
Thanks.

Not really... still looking to get the exact wording of the prompt before I can really speculate what actually happened.
Why in the world would the Exchange administrator remove everyone's SMTP address?! Everything in Ex2K land is done via SMTP for Pete's sake... I'm betting if he did this the system was riddled with all kinds of problems... message addressing in Unity would be a drop in the bucket.

We are actually using excahange 5.5. I have no idea why he would do something like that. They just brought me in to resolve problems like this.
