TIFF file incomplete using ONRAMP FAX on a 2651-XM

I have T.37 ONRAM setup succesfully on a 2651XM running 12.3.4T2. The problem I'm having is when faxes are received on the email message and I open them with the windows viewer, the fax appears all chopped (like the transmission had errors and the page was partially sent). Only 50%-60% of the page can be read.

I've tried the TCL script version 2.0.0.0, 2.0.1.2 and 2.0.1.3 and I still have the same problem. I tried the same configuration with the same TCL scripts on the same IOS level but on a 1760-V and it works without problems.

Let me know if someone has seen the same issue on a 2651XM.

We had a similar issue and under recommendation from TAC we had to upgrade to 12.3 code. 12.3(5)a was what we used with good success.

Would the 2651XM be using an AIM-voice-30 module ? If so , you are probably getting clock slips which are interfering with the fax transmissions. Try adding the following commands:

network-clock-participate wic 0

network-clock-select 1 e1 0/0
