Time of Day Partition not working

I currently configured a new partition, added the partition into the correct CSS, built the DN's with the appropriate Partition.  When dialing the number from outside the number goes directly to voicemail.    Need assistance.

Also when making other changes I get you have reached a non working number, unallocated/unassigned.

Please configure TOD as per the following

If the issue persists, please provide details of the calling / called party number , call flow, Translation pattern, time period and schedule screenshots.

Thank you for your response.  I have run the config as noted and the issue still exists.  Are you looking for a DNA output report of the calling party etc?

Also from my call handler the number goes directly to VM.  I have checked in unity that ring extension is checked and it still goes directly to VM.  I checked DN config and it is setup as everyother number
