Hi There, located this error message when trouble shooting a Unity response to a incoming call issue.<br><br>'Timeout retrieving Voice-Mail-Recorded-Name for cn=7905Foundation IT PTY LTD,cn=Recipients,ou=UNITYDOMAIN,o=Unity. Please contact Technical Support. '<br><br>What is the usual cause for this delay in retriving the message, could it be a system problem? <br><br>

It looks like the query timed out wanting to retrive information about a subscriber.
Have you recently added new subscribers to your Unity system?
Running the Exchange optimizer helps on timeout issues. It should be run on both the Unity machine as well as any other exchange servers in the site.
