time out waiting for a call

Hello,

Is there a time out configured when calling to a number and there is no response? We did some tests and after three minutes of waiting, we got a busy out of order tone.

I did not find a setting in the CCM that represents this time out. We would like to raise it it possible.

Anyone has an idea?

1. Go to Service > Service Parameters > Select server > Click Cisco CallManager

2. Scroll down to CallWaitingTimeout and change this value to whatever you desire (measured inseconds)

3. Click update

Try this Service Parameter "T301 Timer"

are you calling to an ipphone, or from an ipphone?
