time zone and call handler

UNity server is at GMT-5 eastern time. One of the remote office is in GMT-8 pacific time. Business hour for both office are 8am-5pm. But call handler is looking at the unity server as time baseline.When eastern is 5:00pm, pacific is still 2:00pm and still in business hour, but call handler obiously will say its afterhour, How to fix this problem, use different schedule?

yes, you'll have to create seperate schedules for this. Subscribers can be assigned to seperate time zones that are used when triggering notifications and converting time stamps for messages from over the phone, however call handlers are not associated with time zones since, of course, it's not always possible to know the time zone of the caller as we can with subscribers since they must identify themselves.
