Hello,

I have a costumer complaining that he have no time to digit a phone number because the string disappears from display and has to start over, more or less 10 seconds between digits.

I tryed to change some service parameters, like t302, etc, but with no success.

Any help?

Hi Paulo,

I was afraid you would say "On-Hook"

Check out this good thread

We researched this ourselves and the great answer from Java was spot on.

Hi Paulo,

I'm guessing you are referring to CUCM settings here

If so, you need to get more info from the user. Is this happening

when the phone is off-hook and at least 1 digit has been dialed and

waiting for additional digits or perhaps the phone is off-hook

and no digits have been dialed yet. There are different timers

so if the customer can provide all the details I'm sure we can get

them fixed up.

Cheers!

Hello Rob,

Yes is CUCM

the problem is when the phone is on-hook.

I discover that with the phone off-hook I can use the T302 parameter, but the costumer whats to dial with phone on-hook...
