Toll Fraud

What are people doing to fight toll fraud with their CCM deployments?

So far i'm blocking 1010 codes, blocking calls to some carribean area codes, trying to limit our out calling ability on voicemail ports to local calls only.

I'm sure there are other things I can be doing to help limit my exposure to fraud.

I've been told there is a document at cisco detailing ways to harden CCM and Unity against toll fraud.

http://wwwin.cisco.com/voice/evvbu/pdf/toll_fraud_ccm.pdf

Any lurking Cisco employees care to make this available to us? I've contacted Scott Keagy (the author of the document) and my local account team, but so far I;ve gotten no response to getting this document.

Re: Toll Fraud

Not sure if this will help you, but this is a link to a document that discusses locking down Unity from dialing out to International Operator to reduce toll fraud. The same principles coulr be used to lock down any number range/s that you require. The document also has a link to Unity best practises white paper for locking down the Unity system.
