I am facing a serious issue in ip telephony setup in one of the customer place. When caller A Calls to the company board number the call lands at as5300 gateway. I have configured connection plar point to a route point in cisco call manager. I have installed Customer Response Application 3.5 so that it will play the script once the call lands. The user can press 0 to go the operator or press 1 to dial the internal numbers.
The route pattern for std calls is 0.[0-9][1-9]!
The problem is when anybody call the board number and press 1 and dial a std number 0040-12345678 the call gets matured which should not happen.
I have changed the Calling search space but still it is not working as it should be. Please let me know how to solve this.
