Hi, we had implemented an Ip Telephony platform with a Catalyst 6509 voice gateway with a E1 (ws-x6608-E1).
With toll free numbers our Telco (in Italy) not send us the Q931 indicator of CONNECTED state and thus after 10 sec (interdigit timeout) the call is disconnected.
The IP Phone continue to display "Enter Number" message.
It is a workaround for this?

Have you worked with TAC on this yet? This is definitely one of those times when we would need to look at the CCM trace files to determine what the Q.931 signaling shows for the failed calls.

Thanks, in fact working with Telco and TAC we have discovered one timer T310 responsible for this kind of problem.
