Re: TOMCAT & Cisco Unity

So trying to access that url gets you a tomcat page.

This is where my second question came in, if you are redirecting the usual http traffic (port 80) to another port (8080) you will tap into the Tomcat servlet server.

only one service (IIS or Tomcat) will succeed into binding the port (8080).

Now assuming you have no such redirection, you will have to check the content of the file that is indicated by the registry entry:

HKLM\Software\Apache Software Foundation\Jakarta Isapi Redirector\1.0\worker_mount_file

Open that file with a text editor (wordpad) and check

the content.

In the section "Sites to be redirected to Tomcat"

only entries containing ciscopca, cual and concerto should exists. If any other entry are present something is wrong.

In any case,

1- Stop the tomcat service

2- restart the IIS server/services

3- Start the tomcat service

And see if it helps.

Consult the Troubleshooting guide

I need the url to what you consider to be the default IIS page.

Also were any modification done to the default configuration for IIS or Tomcat.

Thanks,
