Tone On Hold Timer

Hi,

I have CM 3.3.3 SR 3 with mgcp gateways. I set the service parameter "Tone On Hold Timer" to 30. Internal calls put on hold beep every 30 seconds, but calls from the PSTN beep every 10 seconds.

Does anyone know why this would be?

You are hitting the known bug CSCdv80693. Refer to the workaround mentioned in the bug on bug tool kit available at www.cisco.com
