Tool to determine if PC supports CIPC

Hi,

Is there any test utility that can be run on a PC, to see if it supports CIPC ?

There is an activeX control on WindowsMarketPlace.com, but that just checks basic specs like os version / ram etc.

What I am ideally hoping to find, is a tools, that will give me a % rating of how well CIPC would run on a given platform.

This is because we are in a pre-sales situation, and cant perform actuall tests.

no tool from cisco that provides this information.
