I think 2.4.6 did, but I don't think that's sold anymore. If there's a convincing business case for supporting the PBX, you could work with your account team for getting this supported through the "out of the box" process.
Speaking strictly from a technical standpoint, any version of Unity is capable of supporting Toshiba's SMDI or analog integration.
