Trace User phone activity

Hello. We are using Call Manager version 3.1. We have a phone user who may be abusing their telephone priviledges. I would like to get a log or trace of some sort showing activity by extension or id. How would I go about doing this? Thanks in advance.

Use the CDR Analysis and Reporting tool.

Click on Application-->Cisco CM Serviceability-->Tools-->CDR Analysis and Reporting. Then run a report by User/Extension. This will report all calls made and received by the extension.

Hello, thank you for your response. Unfortuantely when I run the report it comes back with all 0s. It will only let me run the report from the day we installed the phone system up until Oct 02. Is there something that is not running correctly? Thanks again.
