Is there a trace that can be invoked to monitor the busy queue of an extension. I have a situation where users are in queue for a given extension then are getting bumped out to the opening greeting. Of course it is happening very intermittently.<br><br>
The conversation guys tell me that by setting "ConvPH Transfer" trace #10 ( call progress) this information will be kicked out to the DIAGxxx.log file under the CommServer\Logs directory. To set the trace go to the 'Tools' page in the SA and in the drop down list pull up the "ConvPH Transfer" item and click the #10 trace (it might be #11 in some versions... make sure it's the "call progress" trace).
It should show calls entering the queue, deciding to stay in the queue and/or bailing out on you.
