Traffic shaping and Queuing

I want to connect the central office over two parallel 2 MBit/s E1-Link with the branch office. The voice traffic should be prefered, but should not get the whole bandwidth in worst case. Is it possible to put the voice data in the high priority queue for low latency and limit this stream over the 2*2Mbit/s-Link with about 1mBit/s? And how is this solution to configure?

There are several queueing and traffic shaping features available. You should probably contact Cisco so they can help you determine which one is best for your application.
