to create a seamingly easy way for an administrator to transfer a call directly into their managers voice mail box, without ringing the phone. Does this approach work with CCM v.3.3(2b) and Unity 3.1(4)?
I ahve done this with Callmanager 3.32b and Unity 4.0 And I have done this with Callmanager 3.2c and Unity 3.15. So I guess it should work fine witth 3.14.
