Transfer fails or no ringback

Hi folks,

I have a central site with CCM 3.3.4, and remote sites with SRST (IOS ver 12.3.11T4)

I have 4 Pilot Numbers and their hunt groups in each Remote site.

So every call from the PSTN to that remote site is transfered to its pilot number of the branch office. Once the operator that handles that hunt group wants to transfer the call to a DN of its location, sometimes happens that a message appears in the phone "Cannot Complete Transfer" or the transfered call has no ringback and then silence.

This issue onlye happens to the pilot number and the hunt group(operator) because the rest of the phones can transfer without any problem.

Any Idea?

Are the gateways running H323? If yes, then try changing the service parameter

Send H225 User Info Message to H225 Info for Ring Back

You would need to reset the gateway from CCM.

This might help with the no ring back issue.
