Transfer from Call handler

Here's a REALLY easy question, I'm sure, but it's beating the hell out of me. I have a default call handler set up (opening greeting). During the opening greeting, I'd like for people to be able to dial someone's extension if they know it. This DOES work, however, the call goes DIRECTLY to voicemail, it does NOT try to ring the person's extension. HOW CAN I GET IT TO RING and THEN go to voicemail? <br><br>

Check the call handlers of a subscriber that some one dials from the opening greeting. Under transfer, make sure it is set to transfer to the extension.

If this is a dual-switch integration, let me know. It could be a completely different situation.
