Transfer Function on Switchboard 7960

In my environment we aren't using the Web Attendant as any more then a visual tool. All the transferring, forwarding etc come from the 7960 on the receptionist's desk. From time to time the transfer soft key disappears. In order to get that soft key back I have to reboot the phone. Has anyone seen this before, has anyone corrected this before? If you have an idea as to what is going on can you please provide some insight.

I had this problem. My guess is you are running some flavor of CM 3.2. It was a phone load issue. You should be able to download the latest phone load for your version of CM from CCO.

I have seen this before, The workaround was to upgrade to Call Attendant instead

Correct me if I am wrong but in order to do so I would need to upgrade to 3.3?

Also I tried upgrading the phone loads as well but no luck. I also tried using a different phone, same thing keeps happening

Call Attendant can be loaded on CM3.1 or 3.2 It is available on the sw download page
