Transfer issue - CM 3.3

When ever a call is transfered using an announced transfer, the call only rings the phone one time. The call is still shows on the screen, but the phone only physicly rings one time. I have tried changing the ring settings in CM with no luck. I think this happens mostly from phones in different partitions/Search spaces. Anyone else seen this?

Did you attempt to locate any known bugs using the CCO Bug Tool kit?

No I have not, since we are on the latest service pack I asumed that all known issues would have been resolved. I will look into the tool kit though.
