My MCS is currently running CallManager version 3.3(2) I noticed that when I perform a transfer operation to a busy number I can't retrieve the call I should forward to.
I know that all I have to do is to press the HOLD button to retrieve the caller but instead I still have to depressed the IP Phone plunger and press the HOLD button. This is only encountered with 7910 ip phones.
Is this part of the CallManager version or a bug? I really appreciate your help.
