I have a intermittent softkey issue on a CME/CUE installation.
I have the receptionist line(7975) setup as a huntlist that goes from line 1 to line 2 to line 3. I have also set this line on another phone(7961) as a 2nd line for monitoring purposes when the receptionist is away from her phone or the office.
Both of these phones are having the same issue where the transfer softkey is sometimes not available.
I have recently added a softkey template to try to rectify the issue but have been informed the issue is still apparent.
