Transfer the call

A call make from outside to subscriber extension 4770, the call will forward to 4771. If 4771 is unable to answer the call. The call will be forwarded to 4770 voice mail box.<br>I can do this by using call handler.<br><br>But, could I skip the message "Please wait while I transfer your call" when transfering the call from 4770 to 4771. So that, the process is transparent to the caller.<br><br>

I don't think you've clearly stated the call flow you are trying for. The forwarding sequence you describe does not appear to have Unity performing any transfers. Can you be more specific?
