How can I setup Unity so that if a user enters an extension during the greeting it will transfer the call to that extension when the extension is not setup in the Unity system? In other words, I have a phone such as a breakroom phone without a Unity Mailbox and I want users to be able to enter that extension during the auto attendant. I suppose I could setup a call handler for each one of these, but that does not scale very well. Is there a way to have Unity simply forward extensions it doesn't know about to the CallManager?
Currently you need to use call handlers. There is a bulk handler creation tool if you have a large number to build. I believe I read that the functionality you are looking for is on the wish list for the developers.
