Is there a way to get ICD to play the greeting when you transfer to the CTI port? I am trying to set it up so that Unity can transfer to ICD during business hours, but I want to have the greeting played so that customers know where they are calling. I tried just putting the greeting at the beginning of the queue music, but it doesn't appear to start that from the beginning all the time. If I dial the extention directly, it plays the greeting, then the queue music. But if I transfer to ICD, either through a phone or Unity, it skips the greeting. I would like to continue to use Unity so I can have it scheduled to go to an after hours greeting when they are closed.
