We have a mixed environment of Cisco and Avaya. We're trying to figure out if there is a way to transfer voicemail back and forth between Unity and Intuity. Has anyone done this before?

You can use VPIM and send voicemails (forward) between the two.

are you talking about listening to a message, then forward to a Intuity box? or actually migrate messages back and forth? Migrating messages is not supported, but forwarding with the VPIM as Shakey said will work. The VPIM was designed just for this application. You could also use AMIS, but this is somewhat clunky and administration can be a nightmare.

link goes indepth on VPIM setup.

I'm talking about a user on Intuity can forward voice messages to a user on Unity and vice versa. I can do the Unity side based on the documentation, but is there anything out there that explains the Intuity side of things?

Hi,
We are looking to do the same thing - be able to transfer messages between Unity and Intuity with either AMIS or VPIM.
Did you ever get more information on this?
Thanks - Rob.
