Transfering delay from operator to IPCC Queue's

7960 ip phone operator when answering inbound calls at times experences delay in transfering to the IPCC Queue's up to 6 or 8 seconds. This is an intermittent issue.

Using the IPCC express to porvide a hold queue with the icd.aef script. I have everything working great even add the MOH to the hold queue but It is missing one thing. Get Digit String in the queue loop and removing the hold/delay/unhold portion. Instead, play prompts with music on hold. This will allow the caller to enter digits at any time in the script.
