Transfers to extensions

I have a site with CM 3.1.1 and Unity 2.4.6.135, All is setup and working voice mail wise. I have modified the greeting for the opening greeting call handler to reflect the desired IVR message, but I am not able to transfer a call to an IP phone from this call handler. It goes to VM for that user instead. check to make sure you have transfers enabled for those subscribers since by default it may be off.

If it is enabled for these users, are you doing release or supervised transfers? Make sure you can ring those phones directly from a phone in the same space as the Unity ports are in (i.e. you may have a search space issue).
