We have the operator extension number 32006 which are translation pattern configured as 0 will clash for the internal 5 digit calling if more than 1 incoming intercom sessions. It will happened engaged line. Do you think if i create another cti route point for extension 32006 will solve the issue? please share. your effort shall be highly appreciated. I would suggest, if you haven't done so already. Create a test environment completely aside from the live environment. This will enable you to perform whatever testing you would like and be able to be as risky with your efforts as you choose..
