translation pattern for operator extension can't forward?
We have the operator extension number 32006 which are translation pattern configured as 0 will clash for the internal 5 digit calling if more than 1 incoming intercom sessions. It will happened engaged line. Do you think if i create another cti route point for extension 32006 will solve the issue? please share. your effort shall be highly appreciated. Hereby attached the screenshot for configuration that made and some ccm trace. thanks.

think one of the two solutions below should work for you.
1. Create CTI Route Point for 425xxxxxX, in case you have no other extensions in use in this range. If you have, then please create 425xxxxx, this way these extensions will be virtual device on your CCM and then giving lines to this, which you can forward to one of the already working 10 DID numbers (in 425-xxx-7XX range).
CCMAdmin page -> Device -> CTI Route Point
Device Name: 425xxxxxxX
Choose the appropriate Device Pool and CSS
Directory number: 42xxxxxxxX or 425xxxxxxx
Choose appropriate PT, CSS, etc. (which matches the ones on GW config on CCMAdmin page)
Paste the exact DID extension (exact one from the ten in 425497377XX) to Forward All Coverage/Destination field Add
The solution with translation pattern is very similar to the above.
2. Or you can do a translation on the Gateway itself -- if you are more
familiar with that
create a translation rule -- for example:
R(config)#voice translation-rule 1
R(cfg-translation-rule)#rule 1 /1111/ /7700/
R(cfg-translation-profile)#translate calling 1
Please bear in mind that the dial-peer format depends on the GW protocol used (H323, MGCP) and should contain more commands.
