Normally when i want to intercept any call that goes to an unconfigured number within my DID range (or even internally when there are problems with some phones) i use the translation patterns on CCM. But what about Callmanager Express ? How would could i configure a translation pattern that matches 4 digts and translates those to an attendant number. Having this one take place if the phone with the corresponding number have not registered ?
I did a
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^..../ /9/
And using the test voice translation-rule 1 1877 and it translated perfectly to the attendant number which is 9.
