If you are talking about Call Manager I would do it this way. Setup a seperate CSS and partition for the Cell number translations. Place the first transalation in your normal partiton for calling four digits extensions. This is assuming that all 1400-1499 numbers need this done and that 61XX is the last four numbers of the cell phone:
First Translation pattern:
Translation Pattern: 14.XX
partition: Normal calling
Calling Search Space: Cell-Phone Trans
Called number Transformations:
Discard Digits: PreDot
Prefix Digits (outgoing calls): 61
translation Pattern: 61XX
Partition: Cell-Phone Trans
Calling Searchspace: Normal Calling
called Number Transformations:
Prefix Digits (outgoing calls): '9555' (outside access code, and NXX number for cell phones)
