Translation Route Timeouts

Has anyone experinced translation route timeouts? If so, do you have any ideas for troubleshooting? I am receiving translation timeouts in the event viewer reports however I do not receive any information in Router Log Viewer. These calls translation route for CTI screen pop and the adjunct route is not failing.
