Translation Route - which path is chosen

I've got a very basic question....

I understand how TRs work but I'm wondering, if I have 20 translation routes in a single Route, what is the process it uses to select TR1 or TR2 or TR 3.....?

Is it as simple as call 1 gets TR1, call 2 gets TR2 etc?

There is no term such as translation route, there are translation rules on IOS and translation patterns on CUCM.

Which one are you asking about??

Yeah, that's something you would need to post in the Contact Center forum under collaboration, voice and video.

Either way now that you have explained you're speaking about ICM (which when asking for help, you always need to provide product/version you're asking about to avoid this) someone might help, I'd still suggest you to ask in the contact center section.
