Translation Routing In IPCC

Can some one Explains me about Translation Routing in IPCC in which situation we Can use translation Routing.

Translation Routing is used to route to the VRU. It forwards the call to the IVR, but keeps the call active for processing on ICM software.

If you want to load balance the calls going to multiple IVRs ,you can use translation routing
