HI I have a small CallManager Express system on Stockholm. It would be nice to add access code for outgoing calls to PSTN (0 in my case). Problem is when i call from abroad into the system i see the county code for example UK 44207715xxxx call from london. So i would need to add 000 to the number for the missed call to work.So how do i get the sytem to recognise when a call comes from international and add 000 but then be able to recognise a national call and only add 00 and finaly a local call and only add 0.
Try this - go to Service Parameters page and select the Publisher and select the Callmanager service. Look for the parameter "International Number Prefix ". Add the prefix that you want to be added on all international numbers that come in.
This is only applicable for MGCP gateways on PRI. Lemme know how it goes.
Callmanager will know when a call comes in from an international number and then prepend this number.
