I have such problem that I need to strip some leading digits (e.g. 99) from called party# for calls into VoIP network at the originating gateway, before the call setup leaves it. I tried to ask on this more people, which told me either they don't know or it's not possible to do it at all. Now some CCIE or VoIP-well-skilled man could help.
