Trouble Configuring Message Notification

I configure message notification in the Cisco Unity 2.4.6 with CM3.1, all works fine, but when the unity call to the phone, i answer but when the operator ask to dial my id code, the phone not send the digits.<br><br>I´m using a 2620 Gateway with analog ports (FXS &FXO)<br><br>

Make sure that there is a dtmf-relay enabled dial-peer in the GW that has a destination-pattern that matches the DN of the Unity port that is dialing out for notification.

You can do this be either creating separate dial-peers for each Unity port, or just make the destination-pattern of one dial-peer fit the extension numbers of all Unity DNs.
