Troubleshoot the cisco agent desktop login problem

Hi,

We have a IPCC setup at the customer site. There are about 200 IP phones and 200 agent PCs using cisco agent desktop, version 4.2.1

We encountered some agent PC login problem, however, there are not much

documentation on the CCO on this issue. The only cisco agent desktop documentation is as follows :-

Could anybody point me to some more documentation on troubleshooting cisco agent desktop login scenarios ?
