I need to monitor some analogue phones connected to a VG248. There are complaints about the voice quality for outgoing calls, especially during the weekend = low traffic time... Nothing in the counters on the VG neither on the VOIP-gwys.
Apparently when the quality starts to drop then it can be corrected by pressing one of the number keys on the phone?!?
Can anybody explain this behaviour?
What would be the best way to troubleshoot these voice quality problems?
