Troubleshooting IP Phone Address Book Synchronizer

I receive the following error when I try to synchronize. My user name & password are correct.

Reading Cisco CallManager LDAP user address book

Failed to bind to LDAP server: Can't connect to the LDAP server

This error can result from a unknown "User" name, or an incorrect password

Any Suggestions?.....

Have you tried other user accounts?
