Troubleshooting RDNIS

I am trying to confirm that I'm getting RDNIS delivered on my PRI. My provider said they were passing the info if available, however I don't see anything in the ISDN message.

I use a Cisco AS5350 gateway setup for H323 with CM 4.1.3.

Is debug ISDN Q931 sufficient to show the RDNIS number delivered or is there a different debug command to use.

Is there anything on the router that needs to be enabled in the config to get RDNIS working

Thanks

You dont need any thing special on the router to receive RDNIS. For RDNIS to be passed from the gateway to other entities in Callmanager, you have to check the option "Redirect Number IE Delivery-Inbound" under the H323 gateway configuration page in Callmanager. To send RDNIS outbound, you have to check the option "Redirect Number IE Delivery - Outbound" option under the gateway.

Here is a sample Debug isdn q931 output that shows rdnis being delivered on a PRI
